Our Mission Statement: Havens Home Services Limited is passionate about empowering service users to rehabilitate and reintegrate into the community as they continue to live independently. Whilst recognizing that all services users have the potential to control the services they receive, we continuously strive to develop Havens Home based on integrity, reliability and trust to create a balance of safety, personal choices, with control and independence of our clients at the forefront of every decision we make.

Service users are encouraged to participate in structured and informal activities in-house, therapeutic interventions and access recreational facilities.We place a premium on clients, appreciating an improved quality of life by supporting them not only with activities of daily living, but exploring other ventures such as educational facilitiesand employment opportunities. Governance:  Havens Home has developed internal systems which ensure that all its services maintain a high-level standard at all times. We constantly review our strategies as part our continuous improvement plan and effective delivery through regular feedbacks, audits and questionnaires. This enables us to regularly improve our services whilst measuring the satisfaction of the people we support. The Service Managers are responsible for the running of each service, and they are held accountable for running a quality home. We train and support both managers and staff so they can improve their skills and become more effective in carrying their roles.
