- Keyworkers will be allocated to you to ensure yourunique needs are identified and met. Your keyworker will have regular one to one sessions with you, the purpose of which will be to discuss any issues or concerns you mayhave and co-create personalized support and SMART goals whilst focusing on your interests, priorities and skills. This will support you to integrate into the community, develop new skills and improve your wellbeing.
